EEE: The right address for people searching a place near Basel, Leymen and the Tram, in the middle of pure nature. You got a very nice and modern home (big living and dining with underfloor heating and possibility to put a chimney, xxl kitchen, fantastic terraces, 3 bedrooms, 1 bath room, 2 WC, big basement  (the attic is easily transformable into additional living space), not too big but not too small for a family with up to 2 kids and frequent visitors. There is plenty of space to extend your house - if you need, we got the people and enterprises doing such a job. Your park of some 2000 m² (fenced) is a dream, not only for your kids and pets. Your neighbours are at a decent distance, you can sing and play music, give parties, live your own style... No traffic, absolutely calm. Good value for money!
